Returns? No Problem!

 

We do hope that you are satisfied with your items you have purchased with us, but we totally understand if your are not and we will gladly exchange or give you store credit for any items that you are returning within 14 days of your purchase 

  • Items must have all tags attached
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with no stains, make up transfers and marks
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors

For hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns for the following:

Any Lingerie (intimate wear)

Bodysuits

Grooming products

Jewelry

Swim wear


PLEASE NOTE! ALL ORDERS MADE DURING A HOLIDAY SALE ARE FINAL (No Returns or Exchanges Will be accepted)

 

 

What if I received the wrong item or the item is damaged?

If you received a wrong item or if the item(s) are faulty please contact customer service with pictures attached within 24hrs of receiving the goods so we can investigate. info@xoluxx.com

Step 1: Observe the item you are returning and make sure it meets the above requirements

Step 2: Pack your item(s)

Step 3: Return your parcel and allow 1-5 business days for an email confirmation of the return being received

Please Send Us the tracking number to your returning items as soon as you send it so we can keep track.  We will notify you once we receive the returned items via email or text if number was provided.

As of right now we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost.

  Orders Placed and Finalized Cannot be Canceled
